The accused are suspected of: Conducting Secret Diplomacy Game number(s): 8726245
Comments: I am new to the game so am not positive this qualifies but appears likely it does unless we are charged with keeping track of postings on opponents walls during games.
Looking at wall chat of players found the following:
Cheesytime to Bluebird1964 at 1:16 pm, Thur Apr 21: "i reckon i wont attack at all in oz....u may wanna start heading up to s.afrika....i want greens out"
bluebird1964 to cheesytime at 8:01pm, Thur Apr 21: im with you cheesy, no probs" followed at 8:03pm with "as custer said to reno, you will be supported by thew whole brigade!"
cheesytime now accuses the two other players of cheating in the game chat.

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults.

Is it illegal to post suggestions for strategy in a game other than the one being talked about ? In other words, if Bluebird asks me to " read his game chat in game# 12345 " in game 56789 is that illegal ?
If so, he is guilty of that also. If you want specific game#s I will provide them.

If all he is saying is "check the chat in game xxx" that is allowed.
