Yes, and it would be nice if tournaments that completed X amount of months in the past are removed from the listing to make it easier to search through.

Same here, I make my tourney games then send invites, so I need to find them. I use the tourney tab to join tourneys, but that's it.

^^This as well. Maybe split it up into active tourneys and inactive/abandoned tourneys to match the database?

well you can "type in" the tourney title you're looking for, and if you do it fast enough it'll take you right to your tourney. This is what I do. i click on the dropdown box and type "golde" really fast and it gets me right to my tournament, Golden Sword vs. Golden Shield (no other tourney starts with golde, so that's all i have to type). So this is one handy way of selecting tournament rather than scrolling through the whole list.
but, yes, the list is kind of long and removing some of them after a time would be helpful.

Which is easy to do when you know exactly what the name of the tournament is.

For someone like me, who plays in roughly 10 tournaments at a time it's hard to remember if a tournament begins with "The" or "1v1" or "CC" or what have you.

If the list was pruned, it'd be easier to quickly scroll through and find the right one if you are unsure of the name instead of heading to the forums to try to find it (which also may take awhile).

good point. usually I only have 1 tourney to look at so it's pretty easy for me.
Hope the searching goes well till this thing gets through the suggestions forum ;)

I always use the Game Finder, at least 10 times a day as I have over 10 active tournaments.
Important Tournament Notice

The data for ALL of my tournaments has potentially been lost. I am working to recover it but as I am away on business all of this week, there will be some delay. Sincere apologies.

I use game finder constantly. It's how I keep track of all my tourney games.

Dako, I would vote but my option isnt there.

When I was running tourney's , I used it for finding my games I created and finding past games that were completed. I found it quite useful. I also used it when I was searching other games of tourney's I was involved in.

So yes, I used it when I needed it. Hope that helps.

I also have to agree here....I found it to be a pain in the neck to filter through all those others to get to mine. If there was a way to archive those, it would be a great addition.

Not just tournaments.

For clan wars, I use it to find the games with spots needing invites, games that are complete to update the war threads. I primarily use that page though for tournaments stats (helps to issue clan medals) and also for specific map rankings.

Very rarely. I've only done that in tournaments where you need to select your own games, like in speed tournaments.

i never use the tournament tab. I go thru game finder to check tournaments that i'm in (and for clan wars sometimes), and when i look for new tournaments i go thru the tournament forum.

The more results we get the better. Once this poll is over we might get a decision that will be useful for most of the users. Who knows, it might be even implemented soon ;).

by soon you mean instead of the usual 3-4 years it will only take 1-2 years

seriously this would be great if it got implemented soon,it would save so much time.also if possible can you split the clan wars from the tournaments? have 3 separate boxes instead of the one huge one we have now.

i realised these, and create sugestion, but unfortunalty, implementation of any good sugestion, need to long time to waith in sugestion forum, over 3 years.
These sugestion its submited and its 7 month in sugs forum, these mean that its still young to be implemented.

Issues that can be fixed/implemented/changed by the Tech Team get done MUCH faster than those that are waiting on lack.
