He probably just wants to lose to a higher rank, thus losing less points. But there are a lot of wall posts on both their walls from other games and other players suggesting diplomacy not announced in chat. Players need to realize that posting on peoples walls about game moves and alliances is considered cheating. Hopefully they will get warned and realize the error of their ways.
These 2 have played in 1 game besides the one mentioned in the report, and in neither game is there enough evidence to suggest there was a violation in diplomacy. Sometimes attacks may not make sense, and the game may not play out the way you would like but that doesnt mean secret diplomacy was going on.
Either way their were some posts on both the accussed walls, more on medic's, that suggests in the past their could have been violations.
All game talk with another player in the same game shall be done in the game chat area. Even if you have ack'd a truce you still must do all coordiantion via game chat. Taking it elsewhere is a violation of SD and is punishable as per the guidelines. This is posted here and has been PM'd as well as Noted on the 2 accused accounts. Failure to heed the notice will result in Blocks, Vacations, or Site Dismissal as per the escalation criteria in the guidelines.
