but its not even a joke!
its arse. a good april fools joke makes you think something has happened that hasn't really. how many people really believed that a stuffed television character had really taken control over this site?
i mean, unless someone can explain why this is so good, it will remain to be something unfunny that is making my day unnecessarily more difficult.

Well, the language thing can be "a joke" to someone who's mothern language is english and can understand someone with an accent... and is aquainted with the American TV culture...
But there are some international users who have it hard to understand plain english.
And the counting-card thing not working is not a joke when i have like 30 turns to take and have to count the cards of each of the 5 other players by the log.
That's why I assume the site was hacked. I don't think the owner of the place would miss such a situation before pulling off a joke like that with something that is an asset.
If this is a joke by the owner, well... is getting too old isn't?
Yes, I'm humorless and pissed off.
Laugh some more.
BTW. Down here, fools day is December 28.

me too! but it should be changed back now as it's poor form to continue an April Fools day joke past the day (or even past noon)

You are forgetting that lack lives in Canada, where it is still April 1st.

I had no problems with it, the opposite, I enjoyed. However, I don't think it's fun for people that can't really speak English.

I'm saddened to report that our friend the Swedish Chef passed away due to an
accident that occured while making turtle soup .
Since he died before issuing the check for one million dollars, I've taken back CC and restored it to normal English
Thanks for your understanding.

I HATE April Fool's Day!!!
First I get fooled at work and now on the Internet, great.
People didn't buy premium for this!
Oh well, I guess it is kinda funny, and witty by lack.
But it better not be like this tomorrow!

I logged in just in time to catch it. At first I thought the username and password had borked up but then I checked the rest of the site and it hit me.
Heh.
My set is a bone coat-of-arms and chandelier! How cool is that?
