Ah, so I'm assuming you are being dice-raped in every single game that you lost, but if you win any that will be pure skill? :)

But you pretty much inferred that we're mainly winning JUST because of the dice. I would be a hypocrite if I would say that I didn't have some awesome dice in this challenge - but I also had some absolutely miserable dice.
But... It was so artistically done.

he actually really only said that he thinks you will be up 15-5 because of dice if you choose to combine the conversation of a few posts

good luck to both clans, I hope we will be opponents in round 8 vs winers.
that would be fun. our clans havent tangled that much as far as i am aware. you guys are overflowing with skilled players for sure, but im guessing you havent seen much of the drunken monk technique that we will be sure to unleash for an occasion such as this could be.

keep slayin em

Surely an over-reaction it's only 3-0 out of 40, and we hopefully we won't underestimate the strength of your clan. A lot of dice to be thrown yet!

Sorry to be slow on updating will get it all done this weekend. So far its a blow out for FOED
That said for round 2 they've decided to go with almost all gimmic maps - sort of sad that they feel they have to resort to that

let the mud slinging begin :D

After 1st set.

FOED 13 - 4 IA (possible to change, but extremely unlikely).

1 out in the air
2 FOED advantage

We are looking at possible 15-5 8-[ :-$
But... It was so artistically done.

hmmm, curious.

What defines a "gimmick" map to you my dear?
Maybe you should be happy about it, based on round 1. I would think that you would welcome the change up. Or does FOED just sling mud harder than IA on your self described 'non-gimmick' maps?

.....just sayin'

Oh yeah, remember you started it.
;)
luv ya Loki.

I'm curious to see what a gimmick map is, and if it's really a bad thing. Where are the links?

That was actually my thinking. Dawn of Ages, Berlin, Oasis, Poison Rome, and Forbidden City aren't gimmick maps, so I'm guessing Loki's referring to Pelop, Galapagos, Route 66 and Das Schloss.

Herpes knows Galapagos -> 2011-04-04 19:21:06 - King_Herpes: That's flat rate on a neutral map(one that I know like the back of my cock.

Everybody knows Pelop.

I know Stupid knows Route 66.

The only one I can see getting butthurt about is Das Schloss, but Innya specifically requested those games, so I wasn't going to say no.

I do think we'll make it a bit closer than this.

IA is coming back strong in the round 2 games so far.

Well I'm still confused so it's good to know someone got the drift.

Back to MF tho, the way I made sense of those maps is that they do all have unique facets of gameplay, and from my 1v1 experience, they're also very neutral-heavy.
There really is nothing that has completely 'normal' gameplay in respect of bonuses etc. Perhaps the only one not worthy of too much complaint could be Forb City and even that has it's own wonky routes...

It's actually really interesting to see the new maps you guys have specialized in since we last played in a full-fledged clan war. We obviously saw some of these maps in the 1v1 challenge, and I did have similar thoughts about how it's not exactly what you expect, which I guess shows what a good thing that actually is.
