I'm thinking greivances will follow a sort of format I've seen on other boards, where moderators will either accept to mod or decline to, where in the case that a mod declines and the user still persists, it will go to a higher mod for a final judgment.
I think it could be a thankless task, reading what might be the same type of greivances "wacicha plays to many games" "wacicha east up to much bandwidth" "Crimzons lips make me feel funny"
you know the normal ones...
be fun tho
my hand is up, might be to late but what the hell.
Well, as for me, I'd love to be a grievance moderator and I've got plenty of reasons why I should be nominated.
1.) I'm vice-president of my peer mediation club in school, so I handle plenty of problems every day during the school year. Plus, a lot of people that I help out are into games like this. In fact, that's how I registered for this game; some of the people I've helped suggest this game.
2.) I'm junior vice-president of my student council. Just another way to help out the school community and gaming peers.
3.) I'm a goody-goody two shoes, which means I always follow and enforce the rules. I even enforce the "no more than 8 people at a table" rule and no one really (not even the staff) even care, except for me.
4.) I do have a social life. And forums are just another way for me to make friends (especially with people who seem to have socialogistic problems within the forum).
5.) I've had similar jobs to this due to a number of gaming clans I've joined. My usual jobs are to help out with members within the clans who have problems with members within the forum/clan, as well as outside them.
6.) If there will be more than 1 grievance moderator, I'll be sure to help any fellow moderator out with problems. As they say, "Teamwork is the key to success" and I love working in a group/team. Individual efforts are fine, as well. Whatever choice you make is ok, with me.
7.) Afternoons are usually when most people play and that's when I'm always free. I'll be available at any time between 12-10 p.m. Eastern time.
Well, those are my reasons. I hope these reasons will help you make a decision into choosing me as (or 1 of) the grievance moderator. However, this fate lies within your hands.

I saw on the latest update that there will still be grievance moderators, even though the grievances have been replaced with feedback. Can someone please explain why there will still be grievance moderators?
The more applications the better the choice can be for Feedbackmoderator. Make sure when you apply, you state 'why' you would be good. (Please refrain from 'I've a lot of time, it'd be good for me.')
