Is this true? If so, has any progress been made?

I can say that, over the past several days, I have played QUITE a few games, and lost nearly all of them. I may not be the best player in the world but I will say that I have had many, MANY streaks where I have had a bunch of troops on one territory and attempted to take out an adjacent territory with only one troop, and have lost three, four, sometimes five or six times in a row. I have come to expect it. It is extremely difficult for me to believe that this dice mechanism functions properly.

Anyway, if positive changes are in the works, please let me know.

Also, if there are alternative Risk games online out there that have properly functioning dice mechanisms, can someone please let me know? Thanks.

well, the thing about other risk sites is that they're just as random, and it's pretty much the same. Go try them out for yourself if you want to, but I personally find the dice here better, but that's just my opinion.
