Illegal program (bot)

Proof
As you can see in this thread, we desprately try to talk to him, argue with him, but to no avail. I asked him if he was an "Illegally downloaded program" in size 29 bolded font, so that he could not miss it, twice, but he did not respond. I also sent him a pm, saw that he recieved it, but I received nothing. He also (in the thread) posted the same things over and over and over again.

Can I also state that he accused us of cheating for playing with college roommates. I believe that the abuse he has shown towards other players and people who defend myself and my teammates is repulsive. I know it may not be one of the choices of the official form but I do believe he needs to learn some respect for other players... or at least some sort of statement telling him that he needs to learn more about the game of risk before making false accusations against someone.

I tried to use the form BTW. It wasn't really designed for this.

wicked, if you could seriously look into this player and the game in question (321770) for his accusations and foul language as well as possibly scanning over the flame wars topic on xtratabasco. while i know flame wars is meant for insulting people, his continuous accusations of homosexuality and cheating have begun to get on a lot of people's nerves and i would seriously like it if he were set straight that two university roommates playing the game together is not cheating as it does not break either of the two rules set out in the rules tab. myself and minihaymanz have been cleared twice of being multis, but this accusation is much more insulting and i would appreciate it if something could be done about this extremely rude and simple minded player
