As I understood you are not telling us that tomorrow (monday) you were going to put the "go" but that go starts tomorrow (monday). So people had to wait till monday to say go even tough they knew from sunday.

It seem strange (atleast to me ) that you tell us that you will tell instead of telling (even that the game finished fast). So I guessed that the will tell is the samething as telling us. There I saw .
