PLAYING LIKE A TEAN IN A Standard GAME IS NOT CHEATING NEW ONE ON ME,I DID NOT SAY THEY HAD SAME multiple accounts.

I did not see any evidence of a secret alliance. You can use your ignore list and give them feedback if you feel it's necessary.
