Two things conveniently overlooked by you (why am I not surprised)

1) This was not originally Sitzaholic's list.
2) He has held the lists out to be definitive lists of truth and standards (see his own comment about cheaters in the now infamous top five thread)

Regarding the second point. Until he has the strength of character/backbone to either (a) pass the list over to some one who is (1) above reproach and (2) has the time to update or (b) pass the same judgement on himself that he passed so quickly on others, this list will now be regarded with little respect....which is a shame as previously, when JR24 ran it, it was perceived as something of quality.

1) not a valid argument, it is his list now thus he can do what he wants with it. You are more than welcome to take it over and do what you want with it.
2) somewhat valid argument, but as owner of the list he can still change the rules at any time, which he has done in the past for scodals, and probably others.
