Though that's only if everyone stopped playing a round after they won, obviously you can win and then go an lose against someone and help them advance, or win all your games an help knock players out.

Joe B. wins 1 out of 3. I thought you said at 1 point to let you know if we make it to the next round. Not sure how you keep up with all this, thanks for all the hard work.
Okay, read a few posts, seems we don't need to post a win, so I won't do it again, thanks, Joe B.

This tourney is tough to stay up to date with if players are trying to stay up to date by the posts--most everything you ever need to know is on the front page. That being said I said almost everything you need to know only because some players really post interesting things within the chat itself. Myself I do read every message, just dont read every day anymore since I cant post that I won--only know I lost and it is a sad thing

To be honest I like the way the tourney is progressing--it will keep moving at a slow pace but it will move a little faster as we get further into the tourney

On 9/1 I will be taking games down--if you have not joined by 9/1 and you are eligible to join games in round 9, you will be unable to join any more games sometime on 9/1 when I delete any available--this is posted now so please always pay attention to page one.

End of the road for me. Had a hell of a great time in the tourney though - was my first in CC, lost on my favored maps/settings, so can't complain at all. Thanks for the great tourney. How many people are still left? And any more first timers?
Yikes it will be a tight sqeeze to get my 3rd game in. - Managed to get involved with people in completely different time zones in both my first and second game.
I dont suppose I can sign up as an opponent against people that need matching up at the end of the round?

Just won game 9618729, so I'm in round 10 too, and I think these are almost the only games I've played in a while. It's been a summer full of distractions.

Well, you won one of them so you're through to the next round. No need to join a third if you already have a victory.

i have an idea for a GA medal, not sure if it has been suggested before - the player who eliminates the most players.
ie. if i play 3 games this round and lose all 3 then there would be 3 players credited with eliminating me. any loses i suffered prior to this round are irrelevant. a point/notch/mark, whatever goes only to those who defeated you in your final round. the player who rakes up the most of these (the person responsible for eliminating the most) gets a GA.
