That sounds a lot like a line in Dogma, but not exactly... but that'll be my guess.

Nope, not Dogma. Here's another line...

The first is from Withnail & I...
the second? Do you mean 'i feel like a pig shat on my head'? (pedant's corner: I watched it for the 43rd time a couple of weeks ago)
OK new quote:
"This is a snakeskin jacket! And for me it's a symbol of my individuality, and my belief in personal freedom..."

Another softball, mostly because I was watching it the other day and it's such a great line...

Yup, second fave after windowlicker. Chris Cunningham also made a very strange vid called 'rubber johnny' which i heartily recommend. I think it's on youtube too. Actually all his vids are strange and brilliant. Like Aphex Twin in fact.

I've seen a couple other Aphex Twin videos... the one where the guy's in the wheelchair with the giant head is pretty messed up...
And no, the answer's not "Warlocks of Westwick"...
Another quote from the movie:
Person 1: Ho's gotta eat.
Person 2: Who you callin' a ho? I ain't no ho!
Person 1: Oops, I'm sorry... bitch.
