Signing up for Doubles/Triples games with a team?

I went through the forums and FAQs but I couldn't find an answer.

Is there some way to sign up for a doubles or triples game and designate your teammate(s)? I didn't know if it was just a question of all being online at the same time.

I expect that I could create a Private game and post on the forums too, but I was just curious.

Nope, currently you have to be online at the same time to set up public games with a specific partner. I think there's something on the to do list that will sort this out.

I figured that was the case, but my teammate is 6+ hours ahead so I was hoping for another way.
