What strange, irreverent, non-sensical, or slyly logical laws would you add/invent to a specific Country/State/City or just in General?

On a General City level, it should be illegal parallel park if you cannot successfully park in two attempts.
On a State level, lets say Montana, it should be illegal to dually possess a gun safe and a Furby.
