It would surely be simple to set up, so I can't see why it hasn't been tried already.
I would pay an extra $10 per year if this ever actually happened.

If he isn't gonna get in trouble who cares? If hes clean he shouldn't worry so much. lol, no idea this was gonna get so huge.
i'm not inviting man why would i invite NR if i prefer to play experienced players?

Hey dude, try staying on topic, sounds like you have some personal vendetta here, Your comment about "bad clan" is un-called for.
Topic-From everything I've read about farming, it appears there's a lack of clarity and the rules are too technical on farming games. Some are splitting hairs on what the farming rules should be, there's no difference between when an elite quad team playing rookies, etc., regularly and 1 person playing rookies, cooks, ? regularly. it's going to get to a point that inexperienced, newbie players, won't be allowed to enter higher level games and visa versa. Hope it doesn't get to a point the all the fun is stripped away from even playing . Hopefully CC can improve on this farming issue.

I second that, i have suggested this in the past which would alleviate these sort of posts and would see who the real farmers are. It would also help newbies or low rank players from having high rankers join there games if they didnt want to which would make their CC experience all the better.

I can see a lot of trouble with this suggestion.

It would have to be an option to drop games on the first turn if a certain point difference was present. Say 500 points in either direction.
So you can make a game and if the player joining has a point difference of 500 or more from you, you can boot them on the first turn only with the point difference being the reason. This would stop the game and no mark on either persons record.
This would then allow anyone to play anyone but would allow you to not play NR's or anyone inexperienced enougth to get accused of farming regularly, without you doing it with your full knowledge and so being quilty. Although a few games against low ranked people or someone you know who has just joined would be able to happen. Also tournies would not have problem with a manadory stop on games with a certain point difference. If low ranked players made games, they too would be able to play against people with similar points and not have very experienced, high point players joining up and creaming them all the time.
An end to dibate over wheather someone was farming or simply had a map and settings that only a NR would join, also a better chance for NR's to play against someone who is not going to wipe the floor with them and so put them off future games and the site in general.

I think a lot of high ranked players would use this to not play anyone below the rank of major! If that's a good thing or not I don't know but it would allow high ranked players that has specialized on a map with certain settings to prosper even more.

Very Valid it would work both ways which would be in the best interest for CC and retaining newer players

Only problem with that is if you're a major and some stripper joins a game gets a good drop and/or goes first you could just boot them if they are outside that range

Your still farming and that's the point, it's easy to do..won't see me doing this. Boring caymanmew..try branching out to all maps. Oh that's right you go back to sarg..
We are the Fallen, an unstoppable wave of Darkness.
I like this idea of minimum ranking to join game. It should be really simple to set up. Just another box to fill out in the create a game screen. If you only want to play players with 1500+ points you would be able to. Forget this nonsense of allowing the game to be dropped during round 1. Have it set up from the start. Then a lot of these would be "problem solved."
Of course, I'll go back to another point I've made before: All these "point farming" accusations are a problem WITH THE POINT ALGORITHM. People generally have no control over who joins their games. If it is possible for players to continually gain points by simply setting up the right kind of games, then quite simply, the amount of points they can lose from them is TOO LOW and the amount of points they can gain from them is TOO HIGH.
Is there a way to track whether players are being invited or not to games? Checking the chat logs, I don't see anyone complaining about being invited, although I did see one person asking cay if it was all right if he joined the game.
And there are Sergeant First Classes and above on that list, too. Does Cay need to branch out? Sure. Is he intentionally creating games that attract newbies? Maybe. Is he purposely sending out invites to low rankers? It doesn't look that way.

Point reset would be fun
Utterly ridiculous. What system is he even employing if you think he's systematically farming new players? Who are his multis? Why reset his points?
So that means Brigs and higher are all farming, someone better fix the system before it gets any further out of hand, and to suggest to strip someone points because they climbed the ladder to fast, is crazy. Anyone could look at the games thread and see just how many games have games high level players teams are playing extremely low ranked players in teams, helps keep their scores up, they're working the system to their advantage, hows that any different than one player having a map niche and excels in points, where do you draw the line on what is truly farming. I don't see any violation in this case, and it looks like a lot of comments agree. If there no evidence on farming/multis, close this witch hunt.
