Seems like you are accusing him of bad gameplay, which isn't cheating. Up until the verbal tiff between the two of you in gamechat, you had both attacked each other. Once you started having a go at each other in chat, you also both focussed on each other in the game. Whenever that happens there is going to be a winner and a loser, and in this case you lost.

If there is some evidence that targetting you was a pre-meditated plan to let someone else win then you should post that evidence. If not then I can't see any grounds for this report. You'll always come across players whose gameplay you don't like, and the solution is to foe, rate, and move on

If you feel he did target you and it was unfair. Your more then welcome to foe the player. As for any rule viol. I dont see any. Therefore Cleared/Closed
