Dude....I don't know what kind of crazy life you had that drove you to cut your own body to feel better...but there are people who can help you. As you know, you do this to feel better and to release the emotions you have inside you that you cant let out any other way.

Jay is right....talk to somebody. It's not something to screw around with and you know it. You don't have to feel this way anymore if you don't want to.
