More games being sent out tomorrow, gave a break for the US long weekend.

Some games sent out, taking a bit to get all those games but they'll come in batches of 4-5 usually and several days apart.

Seems to be going "Icey League Invites" one day, then Frost league, then slush league sorta thing. So every 3-4 days ill start sending out groups of invites and each day will be a different league, unless i get extra time.

Seems to be working well, and going smoothly so far. 110 completed games so far, score updates will be coming shortly before the 1st round is completed (via google doc)

My biggest apologies, I didn't forget about this tournament. A few people requested short breaks which I tried to accomodate, and then unfortunately the work computer I had these info's on crashed, and life / work just got so busy I hadn't had time to even think about it.
Today is a holiday, I'm off and can spend several hours recreating this on challonge.com so we can continue. Shortly. Expect more updates on this soon (hopefully later today, depends how fast I can type and enter results. )

Everything is entered onto challenge, I'm updating game results. I've sent out a few invites, I will work down from Icey League to Frost then Slush. I've got 3 hours to kill...so I'm hoping to make a big dent in the results lists on it so I can update you all here on current scores.

A few invites will be sent out sporatically to try keeping it moving. The next round will definately go smoother.

I apologize again for inconvenience and delays I caused the tournament due to work & RL. PLEASE pm me with any questions.

No you should only play each player once per round. If you've already played someone and received and invite, please PM me and drop the game. There may have been an error or missed game on my list since I no longer have the original doc.

ChapCrap has been added as a TO so we can move along on a regular pace due to my work schedule.
This should help the tournament considerably, thanks all for being so patient and thank chapcrap for volunteering to help me out.

By adding ChapCrap, we should eliminate the gaps of time between invites being sent and speed this up.

Due to Buzzkill13 dropping, 4 will be promoted to Icey League, and 4 will be promoted from Slush League. His replacement will be placed in Slush League.

Summary:
3 dropped from Icey League (+Buzkill)
4 Promoted from Frost League
3 Demoted from Frost League
4 Promoted from Slush League
1 added to Slush to replace Buzzkill13

There were several tie breakers for some of the last promo / demotion slots, they've been sent out today.

Slush league has 4 games pending, then any tie breakers will be sorted out and move onto Round 2.

Round 2 brackets have been made, chapcrap and I will be sending games over the weekend.

Thanks again for everyone's patience during extended RL issues. Things have slowed down and chap's helping, so we should begin to move along nicely.

The hold up's were mostly due to issues during Round 1 set up. Those issues have been resolved and these rounds will be more organized and brackets are up for everyone to see.

Quite honestly, I was happy with the slow pace. Now my game count is getting up there again.

Quite honestly, I was happy with the slow pace. Now my game count is getting up there again.

There will always be a slight break before Round 1 games go out from when you finish Round 3. This is because before the start of a round, there are promotions, tie breakers, and waiting for others to finish etc.
So once a round starts we try to keep a steady pace, while in between giving all players a break. Hopefully the game count doesnt' get to burdensome, we are trying to keep 5 games so if it appears that the majority have finished some up, you might be a little over 5 for a little while but they will quickly finish up.
