That's because the manual ban didn't stick. You've received your 24 hour ban for spamming now though.

You didn't get a ban, you just got a kick (which is a formal chat warning). Posting for someone who is banned is against the rules. Same goes for Live Chat. If a person gets a ban, they can't get around it by using someone else's account or having someone else post/comment for them.

You were kicked for Spamming, then when you came back, you continued to spam, so you were given a Live chat ban. Just because you can re-enter after you have been banished, does not mean that you are going to stay. When Arcee banished you, you are meant to receive an actual ban (One that is logged in the paddle) from Live Chat, which would probably have been 24 hours. However, the ban wasn't put in place, and that is why you were able to get back in.

blusrockson, as Night Strike said already, you can't let someone who is banned post via your account, or on behalf of them. That is why YOU got banned.

That's a reason. Every kick after that, she isn't obligated to leave a reason, as you weren't meant to get back into Live Chat.

This is from the Live Chat Guidelines.

First and foremost, the rules of Live Chat start with the current Forum Guidelines previously established for the intent of keeping things under control in the forums.

So, looking at the Forum Guidelines, it would fall under "Repeatedly Posting for Vacationed Users". A banned person is under the term of a Vacationed user. You aren't allowed to do that.

I could be wrong/missing something, if so, someone correct me.

tfo asking why someone got banned i don't think would fall under that one in live chat. but don't be intentionally annoying would if he kept on asking her why and argueing the point as long as arcee told him to stop and he carried on.

but i get a feeling this could be involving eagleblade because he has been trying to get people to help him bash the live chat mods.
i got this when i told him i was not getting involved.

Sometimes we goof around when we go live chat but let's not turn into an annoying presence to kill our boredom. Before anyone could be given a kick or a chat ban, I am sure the moderator at the time has informed you to stop what you were doing. If you continued with what you were told not to, then you took that risk of being disciplined by that chat mod, which you got by the way. Arcee only did her duty. I will mark this case closed.
