There is a difference between the physical size of your sig, and the character count. The character count is just how many letters you can have in your sig. A max of something like 250. That means 250 letters. Your sig could be enormous as long as it doesn't exceed with maximum number of characters. That could mean 250 letter "A"'s, or whether it's a really big picture from the website. It doesn't matter. I actually ran into a problem a while ago when somebody spelt something wrong in my sig, so he changed it, but the changed one had a "-2" at the end. The sig was the same size, banner was the same size, everything was the same except that the letter was changed, and there was a "-2" at the end. Well, when I replaced the banner with the new one that he gave me, it exceeded the character limit. I was so pissed!
