looking at ratings page it could stem back to page 2 of ratings recieved where boom boom leaves a bad rating. the response is enough same as battles wall i think comments like this should not be allowed

There is nothing wrong here. There is no porn and Boom Boom has put her own image on her avatar which is then open for anyone to use. We had a similar C&A case a few weeks ago involving GLG and him usinganother person image.

Everyone is responsible for their own account. If you don't want your pic used, dont make it available.

that case was different to this one. glg was given that pic as a whole this one had been made up. what if boom boom was only a kid it would get the site into a lot of shit.

This is from his wall--I did notice the comments by BOOM BOOM and I have sent an email questioning her. It looks like she may have not had a problem with it based on the wall comments. That is not what she led me to believe in her email response.

Doing a very simple Google image search (which is so very convenient in finding people pretending to be people they aren't) on BOOM BOOM's avatar leads to thousands of results... mainly on questionable sites that I have no intention of opening the link to.

Clearly this image is not that of BOOM BOOM and was simply found by someone on the internet and used as a CC avatar and battlemania is not using BOOM BOOM's personal picture. Which also leads me to believe that BOOM BOOM likely is not a female (also judging by the comments on battlemania's wall) and is trying to use the internet to troll pathetic men who drool over anyone they believe are "female".

Meh, I'd eat it for sure but that's about it. I'm extremely shallow and her not showing off her pearly whites leads room to believe she's a snaggletooth.
