OR people just enjoy it for entertainment value. There news is conducted more like Jerry Springer than a news show. I mean most of the time when they invite guests on it becomes a who can yell over the other rather than an informative program.

The news can be helpful but also bad helpful because of weather, or amber alerts or america's most wanted getting the word out fast.. but on the other hand its a way to exploit people , gossip, promotional advertisement and then there is the scary news which sometimes is good to know whats going on in the world so were not all so nieve about what could happen to our cars or children or our homes !!!
