Usually the person posting the screenshots says whether it's right or not in this thread. You could always PM phantomzero and tell him to get his ass in here (not necessarily in those words, unless you feel they are the most appropriate ones).

Its a made up extremely crazy and twisted board game for Panasonic's "3DO" console. That board with numbers are the "dice" of the game. The second shot are ridiculous commercials they put in the game.
Sorry for the crappy quality, but I don't have this one anymore. This one isn't cropped though, so it should make it a lot easier (and you could also spot a familiar logo in the previous screenshot).
