Fixtures & Results

As detailed in the weekly procedure, each round should be underway by the Saturday following the set-up dates (above).

Once clashes have started you can click a link on each individual clash (above) to see all 12 games for that clash.

Scores in brackets are latest scores, otherwise the score is a result.

Progression to Phase Two
Progression to Phase Two

also the top 1 clan in 2nd place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 1 in phase 2.
  • The remaining 2nd placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 2 in phase 2
also the top 2 clans in 3rd place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 2 in phase 2
  • The remaining 3rd placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 3 in phase 2
also the top 3 clans in 4th place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 3 in phase 2
  • The remaining 4th placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 4 in phase 2

  • The remaining 7 clans advance to division 5
  • Clans in Divisions E to G will all automatically be awarded 1 point (and 6 game wins and losses) in view of equalising qualification possibilities for Phase Two vis-a-vis clans in larger Divisions playing one extra round.

Just a few rules we want to highlight
League Games Settings Maps Players
League Games, Settings, Maps, & Players
  • Weekly Rounds for phases 1, and 2

    Home Games
    • 2 Doubles - Clan's Choice of Maps & Settings
    • 2 Triples - Clan's Choice of Maps & Settings
    • 2 Quadruples - Clan's Choice of Maps & Settings

    Settings
    • No Freestyle
    • No Speed
    • No Manual
    • No Nuclear
    • Unlimited is allowed with a limit of 2 games total per home set on trips and quad games only
    Maps
    • NO Beta.
    • Clan's cannot use the same map more than one time in each Phase (when each new Phase starts maps reset). This means you have to pick up to 42 maps out of 184 maps available.
    • Random maps can be used as many times as so desired and what ever map it turns out to be will not be counted towards the 1 map rule.

    Players
    • Each round no one player should play more than 35% of the games, 4 game maximum per player per round.
    • No restriction on who plays in what game.
    • There needs to be a minimum of 10 different players per set
Format
Format
  • Clans will post in main clan forum Clan Name, First Contact, and Second Contact under the main post made by League Director. The designated first and second contacts can be changed at any time by a clan leader.
  • Clans must post a preliminary list of 10 participating players. The preliminary list can be changed at any time by a First Contact sending a PM to their Division Director.
  • Clans will be placed into Divisions once registration is closed determined by rank (explained above) and League Directors' discretion
  • Season 4 has been approved by admin to be run with game creation rights
  • The primary contacts are asked to PM to their Division Directors the players, maps and settings for their home games in advance of each round (by Sunday no later than midnight CC time). If the deadline is not met then the Division Director will create Random games (Esc, Chained, Sunny) and will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season). Once details are sent to the Division Director there will be no changes allowed. [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
  • The same list of home game maps, settings and players must be posted, by the home clan first contact, in the division thread (for the benefit of the opposing 1st contact) no later than Monday night midnight CC time. Failure to make this post will result in the Division Director randomly selecting two of the offending clan's away games in that round, and randomly assigning players to these two games from the clan's provisional list of players (the other away games will be assigned players as per the First Contact's list).[/b]
  • The primary contacts are also asked to PM to their Division Director their players for away games according to the weekly schedule (see below). If the deadline is not met the Division Director will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season). Once details are sent to the Division Director there will be no changes allowed. [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
  • If invites from the Division Director are not accepted (a second invite will be sent), then the Division Director will send invites to random members of the clan failing to join on time. If these invites are not accepted (first invite to new player) then the offending clan will not be able to win the game in question for league purposes (assuming the random replacement player joins from his/her second invite). If they do win, then the game will be declared a draw. If both clans failed to accept third invites then the game will deemed to be a draw/tie. If one clan fails to accept a fourth invite (random replacement player failing to join from his/her second invite) then the game in question will be awarded to the opposing clan. In these circumstances, if games are still played, they may still count towards other statistics, such as ranking systems.
  • Players no longer members of a clan should not appear on the clan's home or away lists, or their list of 10 provisional players (an update can be sent to the League Directors). If such a player appears on a home or away list or is randomly selected as a replacement player by the Division Director, then this will count as a missed invite, with the Division Director then randomly inviting an eligible player from the potential player list.
Weekly Game Exchange Schedule
Weekly Game Exchange Schedule
  • A list of home game maps, settings and players need to be sent to the DD no later than Sunday night midnight CC time. If there is any ambiguity regarding maps and settings (e.g. a first contact states "Feudal", then the DD can use their judgment to decide what this means - e.g. "Feudal Epic"). [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
  • The same list of home game maps, settings and players must be posted, by the home clan first contact, in the division thread (for the benefit of the opposing 1st contact) no later than Monday night midnight CC time. Failure to make this post will result in the Division Director randomly selecting two of the offending clan's away games in that round, and randomly assigning players to these two games from the clan's provisional list of players (the other away games will be assigned players as per the First Contact's list).
  • Monday and Tuesday (no earlier than Sunday night midnight CC time and no later than Tuesday night midnight CC time): DD will make all games and invite home players! Once games are created, they can be found anytime by clicking on the Division Table in the Division thread (this is also a link showing all games).
  • All home games will therefore ideally will be filled by Thursday night!
  • A list of away players then must be sent to the DD no later than Thursday night by midnight CC time! [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
  • Thursday and Friday (no earlier than Wednesday night midnight CC time and no later than Friday night midnight CC time): DD will invite all away players to games!
  • All games should be up and running within 48 hours of the away invites (if they are sent at the last minute Games will therefore ideally be up and running by Sunday night)!
Any and all questions regarding this phase and division should be sent to the Division Directors from this point on

    Rules and Procedures Update

    Post by Teflon Kris »

    FOW Rule Clarification
The 12 hour FOW rule will not be enforced at all. If two clans wish to use it (as a gentleman's agreement) then this must be done in advance of the round in which they play one another (there will be no penalties for not using it nor will there be any enforcement of the gentleman's agreement by TO's or DD's if it is breached). Games will not be re-made and results will not be changed.
    CC Time Clarification
As there seems to be some discrepancy between CC time on this site and the time given by the [Time] function, one hour's grace will be given with all deadlines to ensure there is no unfair disadvantage.

Coming into effect for the start of week 3:

(Anything that has been added or changed since the first contacts were PM-ed by me earlier is in bold.)
    New Weekly Procedure
    Weekly Game Exchange Schedule
      • (Changes in blue.)
    • A list of home game maps, settings and players need to be sent to the DD no later than Sunday night midnight CC time. If there is any ambiguity regarding maps and settings (e.g. a first contact states "Feudal", then the DD can use their judgement to decide what this means - e.g. "Feudal Epic"). [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
    • The same list of home game maps, settings and players must be posted in the division thread (for the benefit of the opposing 1st contact) no later than Monday night midnight CC time. Failure to make this post will result in a random selection of one of the offending clan's home games in the next round having Random map settings (escalating, chained, sunny).
    • Monday and Tuesday (no earlier than Sunday night midnight CC time and no later than Tuesday night midnight CC time): DD will make all games and invite home players! Once games are created, they can be found anytime by clicking on the Division Table in the Division thread (this is also a link showing all games).
    • All home games should be filled by no later than Thursday night by midnight CC time!
    • A list of away players then must be sent to the DD no later than Wednesday night by midnight CC time! [The opposition 1st contact no longer needs to be sent this list by PM]
    • Thursday and Friday (no earlier than Wednesday night midnight CC time and no later than Friday night midnight CC time): DD will invite all away players to games!
    • All games should be up and running within 48 hours of the away invites - Sunday night by midnight CC time(if they are sent at the last minute then this may be later)!
    Relevant Rulings:
Failure to make this post will result in the Division Director randomly selecting two of the offending clan's away games in that round, and randomly assigning players to these two games from the clan's provisional list of players (the other away games will be assigned players as per the First Contact's list).
    • The primary contacts are also asked to PM to their Division Director their players for away games according to the weekly schedule (see below). If the deadline is not met the the Division Director will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season).
If such a player appears on a home or away list or is randomly selected as a replacmeent player by the Division Director, then this will count as a missed invite, with the Division Director then randomly inviting an eligible player from the potential player list.
    Original Weekly Procedure
    Weekly Game Exchange Schedule
    • A list of home game maps, settings and players need to be sent to the DD and the opposing 1st contact no lattr than Sunday night midnight CC time.
    • Monday and Tuesday: DD will make all games and invite home players!
    • All home games should be filled by no later than Wednesday night by midnight CC time!
    • A list of away players then must be sent to DD and the opposing 1st contact no later than Thursday night by midnight CC time!
    • Thursday and Friday: DD will invite all away players to games!
    • All games should be up and running by Saturday night by midnight CC time!
    Summary of Significant Changes
    Summary of Significant Changes
    • First contacts no longer have a requirement to PM lists to the opposing clan 1st contact, but they do have to post their home games list in the division thread (here) - no requirement to post or PM away games list.
    • First contacts still required to PM their home maps, settings and players to the DD, and, later, a list of away players.
    • Consequences introduced for clans failing to post game list in their division thread as detailed.
    • Clarification of DD deadlines in sending invites.
    • Confirmation that the division table is also a link to a list of all games to the division. This list is live and automatically updates as the Division Director creates games and sends invites. Individual fixtures also link to a list of games for that fixture (although this may appear 1-2 days after games are first created).
    • Consequences of missing a second invite by replacement player added.

Hopefully everyone will do this next week.

I agree its silly but it does avoid a mega-silly-festival of someone complaining that they didn't understand about clicking the link on the table (1st post).
