Comments: It seems clear to me that: (i) TheGeneral2112 was aware of what he was doing when joining the four games containing one or more NRs and also that TheGeneral2112 was aware of what he was doing when setting up these classic 5-player games. (I.e. that he had a good chance to attract NRs. Looking at his game lists, he at least for sure didn't stop doing it but continued this practice.) (ii) It is a fair amount of games and the joined ones were consequtive games. (iii) TheGeneral2112 is aware of and has knowledge of the farming rule (having been an active member of the C&A forum).

The Genreal is CLEARED of farming as it doesnt consist of 20% of Alsters games. (Oops, Generals) games.

The sad thing is that Alster probably had been investigating for this response for awhile should he be punished in any way.
