Comments:
I was browsing for a couple of new games, and found this setup very suspicious. They all joined CC today in a range of a couple of hours.
Or they are a bunch of friends, or there is something very wrong ...
Think they are probably just a group of friends - cos atm, 4 of them are all online together... not so easy if they are a multi.
Although they are talking in Spanish in game chat , which of course is a breach of rules.

Seems likely to me, but it's also a little unfair on the other guy in the game. Probably a good catch, but worth waiting and seeing how they play against each other. Maybe worth a "noted", but probably worth seeing how it plays out before anything more serious.
the world is in greater peril from those who tolerate or encourage evil than from those who actually commit it- Albert Einstein
Looks like there are at least 3 more players connected to this little group.
Archicanciller, Gengis Kan and eldemiurgo all also joined CC very recently and are also in Spain and have joined games with furrunheko.
However... Archicanciller is also in a Private game, entirely with members living in Spain, so I feel that them being a group of friends is now virtually certain.
But as you say Symmetry
'worth waiting and seeing how they play against each other.'

Incorrect. Here is the rule:
Diplomacy:
Rule #2 on the site states that all diplomatic discussions MUST take place within the Game Chat in English or a language all players can understand.
So if they all speak and understand Spanish, or whatever language, then there is no rule violation. Also if the chat has nothing to do with diplomacy then there would also be no rule violation.
This post was made by jefjef who should be on your ignore list.

Well we are yet to find out whether the sixth player, lil_basX who is from The Netherlands understands Spanish. It would have been polite for them to have asked in chat first.
furrunheko, xkronox, hippatxu, holypop, hippatxu and Vazqezuma are cleared. They look like friends.

Why don't we wait and see if the last player makes a complaint.
There are no diplomatic or strategic discussions in the chat. Purely friendly banter as you would expect amongst friends.
The names, including the guy with the Dutch flag, all seem to have something "Basque-ish". Obviously I can't prove any of it, but I would think they all know the language.
