[Q&A] sry. not sure if my ? went threw. what are nuclear spoils?

from the instructions "Nuclear sets are not worth any troops. Instead, each region in the set is nuked to a single neutral troop (even if you own it!)."
basicly is destroys any big army that sists on the region depicted in the spoil. since it is random how you get the spoils, it is hard to nail their main army, but sometimes you getlucky
