Almost the entirety of the ratings I give are 5 stars -- the games where people talk shit, rely completely on luck, suicide, hold me hostage, or play stupid and get rewarded get lower -- i'd say 90% of the people get 5 stars so I don't see how i'm abusing within my own justifications.

They each represent different aspects.
By giving 1 star fair play you are basically saying that someone is cheating.
1 star game play is basically saying that someone just flat out don't know how to play.

Myself and many others reserve 1 stars each category for deadbeats and multi's. I and others also deduct stars for missed turns. Miss 2 turns - lose at least 2 stars. etc...

Looking at the rating you gave chapcrap and tbay josh. 2 sequential 4player dubs games. (tbayjosh was chaps pard in one of them)... You lost both games. The only thing in chat is good game pleasantries... You don't win in 6 rounds playing stupid... No hostage holding... They are vindictive rating and nothing else.

Maybe CC needs a "Lucky" tag for people like this individual. If someone decides to take a RISK attack a 20 with 8 armies, and they win, that's called getting lucky, not being a bad player. If the dice are going to give it to you, then you take it.

Haha he gave me all ones too, though I also gave him all ones. His game relies totally on his speed and luck, he moves very quickly and goes for your stack on manual. Without the speed he's average (and rude).

Win percentage is irrelevant, not everyone plays the same settings as you. Consider a person who only plays 8 player games with a 40% win rate to a person who only plays 2 player games with a 45% win percentage to understand that.
