(1) Which show would best fit your Conquer Club character? (2) Which show would you like to be on?
Old, cancelled shows are encouraged. Newer shows are permitted. I'm not keen on British shows, but I'll allow them. All shows must be fictional... no reality shows please (or else!).
For me...
(1) I think I would fit best on Law & Order: SVU as an arrogant defense attorney. It would only be a bit part.
(2) I think I would most like to be on Battlestar Galactica. I enjoyed that show so much, I've watched the full series twice. That or the Cosby Show (which was the only show my parents let me watch when I was a kid).

Star Trek and MLP: FiM for sure. My username is based on tech from Star Trek, tho it was partly also inspired from a game called Space Empires V. It would be so cool to be on Star Trek. except for the type-casting thing that is. Have any of you checked out Star Trek Online?

Most TV Shows I watch are comedies which don't really suit my character. If people are familiar with anime, I'd be Shikamaru from Naruto or Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. Basically the calculating logical backup character.
I'd like to be in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia just to see what kinds of ridiculous crap happens every episode.
I like Battlestar Galactica, though I am afraid I'd probably be one of the huddling masses instead of a kickass person. The same goes with Waling Dead or Breaking Bad---I'd just get killed in those.
That said, I could see myself in something like the Office. Or Futurama.

I'm not entirely sure what my conquer club character is, and if such a thing exists, I'm not sure that it is perceived as intended. I mean when I'm posting on here I'm just screwing around. I don't view this as an extension of my personality, I don't take myself seriously enough to care that other people might not get that I'm being sarcastic, or ironic, or intentionally contradictory, or that the indirect self-deprication is intentional. That's the case in reverse too, and with what other people say and how I treat them, and they I.
I worry though, that people don't take what I say seriously, or that they misunderstand my intentions. It bothers me to think that a person might think I'm trolling them, or being sarcastic when I'm not. It's like Oscar Wilde says, Life is too important to be taken seriously. And obviously my interactions on this forum couldn't exist without my actions creating them, therefore making what I do here an extension of self. So, as the case is the case, how other people perceive me is important because it reflects back onto me affecting my actions on here. So the only way to know which show would best fit my character would be to know the answer to which show would best fit the collective conquer club impression of Aradhus' character.

I think that Batman would fit me well, or better, I would fit well into Batman's character.
I am such a sucker for that character and I think that they have done great with portraying a darker image for Batman and the movie it comes with on the big screen. I know that a lot would say that some other superhero is better or has real powers but the character is just right.
Anyone familiar with Chuck here? I really enjoyed the TV show though the plot was not something to rave about, and was just fine.
It really is a great show and one that will stick with you. I am sad that it already ended and there was not that much closure given to the characters but that makes for a more open ending where your imagination would come to play.
But I would really have preferred a better ending for them.
It's nice to see you getting involved in the communtiy. The forums are a great place to hang out, and we like seeing new faces . So settle down and enjoy yourself.
