Mute isn't a race

what I find most enjoyable is how only after droping two F bombs (wow I feel like a child) he THEN has the nerve to censor it with a *.. hillarious.

no, CC does not police the gamechat, you can do that yourself with the foe button. You foe that player and you can no longer be bothered by he trashtalk.

Wrong. CC does police game chat if it involves bigotry/racism and trolling. This just isn't one of those cases.

After JO Dynasty made that post he took one of your countries before he was eliminated, so I don't think his threat meant to much. CLEARED of throwing the game.

As far as language you have the ability to filter out the game chat and forum post by any member of CC that you wish to. FAMO is my suggestion.

after this decision..CC forum is discredited as a control devicde for fair gambling..

the guy confesses he his going to throw the game and see I didnt win, which means he no longer was fighting for his own victory but faking bthe normal result of the game.

the language used is objectevely insulting and shameful for a place like CC.

With this type of decision all is allowed and no more limits or disciplinary action can be sustained in any circumstancve.

PS: I wonder what Ms Semp would think if her husband was the object of that language...

You do know how much trash talking is done in game chats, right? People would come in here CONSTANTLY with reports of people saying "He called me this, BAN HIM" and similar things. This would cause a huge increase in workload, and would also mean they would have less time to bust actual cheaters, such as Multi's and Secret Diplomaciers.
