As for the 2+ year old SD, I will let that one slide.
They have been in 14 games together, joined at different times, and each one is World 2.1. At this time, I do not see anything that warrants Secret Diplomacy between the two of them. Many times they have maintained borders with each other, there are no 1s borders without a large stack backing it up, so I am going to clear these two without any further evidence.
