My guess is that it's someone who was ban in the past and is now using a different IP.

After looking at chives games - specifically the freestyle and non standard maps - I do think max is correct. This isn't his 1st time here.

have to agree with the lads here....had a look at his games and chat and this guy has been around the block before....someone has obviously moved since his last time on the site...but whatever, maybe this is the new Blitz account people have been talkin about....

Guys you might be right about him being a multi but we don't have the proof to do a bust. At least not yet. I prefer to error on the side of caution and not make the bust.
