Due to the fact that I don't know where to place this under, I am putting it on multiple forums in hopes it will get noticed

The game listed above is a triples match in which a player was kicked for cheating. Instead of his territories becoming neutral and his spoils being taken out of the game, both were given to the next player on his team.

Before this happened, my team had solid control over two territories and were winning the game. The other team had control of only one territory. The rest of the map was not really controlled by anyone.

When the player in question (NodLoyalist) was kicked from the game, all his territories and spoils went to swwiist who happened to be the next player in the lineup. This gave him immediate control over two territories including the largest (a total of 11 units) plus he had six spoils to turn in giving him an additional 10 units. He proceeded to wipe out one of our teammates (now getting his cards) conquered three more territory bonuses and took away our territory bonuses giving him a total of 32 units due next turn compared to the remainder of my teams total of 6 units. We were winning. We would have won. Their teammate cheated and now they are benefiting from it. This game at the very least should be voided and at best be awarded to us.

Who ever is in charge of this site (the ones who kicked this player and set all this in motion), I hope you see this before the game ends and fix this injustice.

That is how it happens when someone is kicked for having multiple accounts. There might be some suggestion in Sorry but nothing is going to happen to change the outcome of this game.

swisst seems to be a regular partner of nod and thus a beneficiary when nod is kicked, But on the other hand ES is right about the outcome.

Best Idea foe all opposing team members and play your next game.

Yes, he is a 3 or 4 time multi and CC continues to allow him to buy back.

I can see letting someone buy back once, but 2 or3 times is pretty hard to reconcile.

Just for the record NodLoyalist had only been busted once and bought back. This is the second time he was busted so he shouldn't be allowed to buy back again.

Just wanted to weigh in as one of the players on Nod's team in this particular game.
I'm not going to recount the whole game or the outcome, I just wanted to say that though there may have been an advantage in this game I did lose or am losing in two others that Nod was kicked from. He randomly invited me to these games and I know nothing about him or what he did to get booted. I just like the line above about foe'ing all the players on the opposite side. That's all. I'm glad he is out if he were cheating in other games though it stinks to have a game or games interrupted or changed by one players stupid actions outside of the game or games being played. Having someone else fill in might be a good way to fix this...

Good idea, you should make a suggestion.
If the cheater's teammates are innocent and were not aware, they should be able to send an invitation (that would work only for 24 hours games obviously).

That is how it happens when someone is kicked for having multiple accounts. There might be some suggestion in Sorry but nothing is going to happen to change the outcome of this game.

Has someone asked him self why CC has 15K players now... we had over 20K players a year ago.

yup same reason why some players dont propose ideas, dont make maps, quit etc...

I have perfect proposal for this situation(borrowed from another game I played) but why proposing it when players can buy back their accounts with cheated points.

Generally you should lose all 3 games, and you should not accept invites from players you dont know
