OP should clarify which ratings are unjustified and why.

Although it is a little odd that the accused rates some people 5 starts but then adds tags like "reckless", "Suicider" and "Poor strategy" etc. which is not very consistent.

Looks like Max didnt like his rating and has responded using a C&A report. You have to give specific accounts of abuse and why. Not just a general picture of his ratings.

I've never understood "ratings abuse"... is this something for the teeny-boppers to come to forums and cry about? Does anyone actually use their brains and think... hmm.. if someone is a good player, why would I bother rating them? they already know they're a good player.... Does it occur to people that the only time it's worth rating someone is when they are horrible (which i'm guessing this player may fit that bill, though I can't be sure of that).... I would think that rating someone positively is redundant and rating someone poorly at least points out the fact that they need some improvement... and looking at Twins ratings given, there are some positive ratings.. he plays a lot of assassin games that are thick with noobs and most of them need a serious talking to on gameplay.. I think he's doing the site a service actually, though I understand there are many sensitive people running around here looking for something to whine about... (and btw, no love loss between Twin and myself in case you were thinking that we were bubbs, though we have gotten along better lately)

You must understand... He plays a lot of Assassin Freestyle games. Games with major points on the line. So when some noob suicides on you, or if some noob does something stupid, it's agreeable to give them a bad rating, because they played bad.
