It's difficult if not impossible to measure intent, but based on the context, I'd say gaerap78's intent was to make a racial slur. Other than that, though, there was a lot of give and take, and I think the best thing to do is, as usual, FAMO.

I have discussed those comments with the other C&A mods and we all agreed that the comments stated above aren't Bigotry.

Hard to handle, I knowTG2112 but the majority of the world's population (self included) doesn't actually like the US Military/industrial complex...it does push into bigotry territory by using that dislike against individuals like yourself esp as you weren't pushing the neo-colonial stance in his face, only just "flying the flag" in your profilewhich is a cc requirement anyway...I've played games with Iranians and US players in the same game who found it within themselves to play the game and leave differences aside, but in this case gaerap78 unleashed his venom on both your nationality and your leader (tho many US-based players on this site give Obama much worse)...the Mods here have decided to step back and not rule on the ethical perplexities so just FAMO... I have children with dual passports one of which is US and , unless they're going to visit family, they never travel on the US passport for the above reason...itho the majority of CC-players are Nthn American-based, it's a different world outside that door and perhaps the mod are just reflecting that???

Part of what is frustrating is that he wasn't just insulting the fact that I am an American. He expressed bigotry towards blacks and Jews as well, but for some reason that is okay because it had to do with blacks and Jews that were also American? Just a completely senseless ruling. So chocolate face is okay in reference to blacks? Is towel head now okay in reference to arabs?
I totally disagree. He said that Obama, who is African American has a chocalate colored face. Ummmm he does. It is a statement of fact. Most African Americans have a darker skin complexion than that of lets say a caucasian person.
Now with his remarks about fat f*ckin Americans, once again, it is a statement of fact. The USA is the #1 country in regards to obesity. Can't agrue with a fact.
