I'm supposed to send home maps this sunday, but I don't yet know who'll emerge victorious between IA and TOFU. TOFU currently leads 5-4 and needs to win 2 out of 4 remaining games, while IA needs to win 3 of 4.

Can anyone tell me if any of those 4 games can be "called"?

And if they are not, do we just ignore the deadline and wait until those games are decided?

If all three clans are in agreement (and from our side we are) then I see no harm in pushing the deadline back a bit until a clear winner emerges from the TOFU-IA encounter.

Are the organisers OK with this? We're only looking at a few more days probably (say, 20th June) and it will prevent a lot of unnecessary prep being done by both KORT and the losing clan from TOFU or IA.

I would speculate that TOFU probably have Soviet Union and likely Conquer Rome, which would be enough for the win even if we do get Ardennes and Antartica. Think it is reasonable to request a bit of a delay though to be sure.

I would speculate that Antarctica will still be being fought this Christmas, lol. So let's hope the other games produce a winner. I think TOFU have the edge in Soviet (what a game that has been!), Conquer Rome and Ardennes.
