The accused are suspected of:

Other: They have all but 3 terts on a classic game... my teammate was eliminated... for 3 turns now, they have failed to eliminate me. Now I am down to 3 terts with 1 troop on each... and they have 68! They refuse to end the game and just build up troops....

Comments: I'm going to assume that it will be nothing more than a slap on the wrist, simply because one is an officer... I feel this is abusive and it should warrant suspension of both for a while to teach them a lesson.

it is a trench game. they can only attack once from areas they control at the start of their turn. they will end it in 2 rounds.
