You will choose a country (any in the world) to play as in the Risk World Cup.

-Two people cannot be the same country
-You do NOT have to be in that country for you to enter as it (ie; I am from Canada, but I can choose to be Pakistan if I wanted to)
-32 countries (players) will enter
-Premium is not required, as you will play one match at a time

Note* player 1 will be the highest score coming into the tourney at the time of sign up, player 32 the lowest.

Players will play each other in a round robin, earning 3 points for a victory, 1 point for the game going to the time limit (20 rounds) no matter what the outcome, and 0 points awarded for a loss. The top 2 highest point scorers from each game will advance to round 2 seeded accordingly, on opposite sides of the Round 2 Ladder[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Tiebreakers]-If 2 players are tied in points, the higher scoring player gets the higher seed point wise at the time of sign up
-If 2 players are tied for second or first in the round robin, whoever won the match (even if the round limit of 20 rounds is enforced) between the two, gets the point. If 3 or more tie for a position, I will make one 3 player game, the first one eliminated is out of the tournament.[/spoiler]

How many pools are there going to be? Just Pool A and B or are there more than 2?

I don't understand what you mean in the tiebreaker section where you say if they passed the 20 round limit. If there is a round limit, you can't pass the limit...
