They both missed turns or somehow got their turns in right at the end of the round 2 on 11075895. They've played a lot of games together. And if you look at the chat in 11225594, jsnyder748 says "zidane here". They also both seem to have their accounts set so you can't see the last time they were logged on.
Either they're multi's of the same person, or jsnyder is allowing zidane to play his account.
I would have to think that jsnyder748 was away and Zidane was account sitting for him which in not an offense.
Seeing both are in clans and are active members of CC I cannot see account abuse as well especially since the second game that you posted does not even include Zidane in the game. All he did was he announced that he was here to take jsnyders turn which is the proper thing to do.

The Community Guidelines lists account sitting abuse as a major/severe infraction.
jsnyder748 does have a different country flag--but also mentions Nebraska in his profile ??
I've had an off feeling about the two accounts from the first round. if you've got someone who says they're going for medals and lets someone else play their games, then in my opinion they aren't really earning the medals they're getting.

Account sitting abuse is indeed a Major infraction, but Account Sitting is perfectly fine.
From our Help Section:
19. Can I let another player take a turn for me when I am away from the game?
Players are allowed to account-sit for others as long as they are not opponents within the game. It is common courtesy to announce in game chat that another player will take your turn(s) during your absence. Babysitters should only do what is necessary to take the turn(s) and should not interact with the community, start or join new games (except for ongoing tournaments). Furthermore, you should only take another player's turn if they are in danger of missing a turn, not for the purpose of gaining a tactical advantage.

In Game 11075895 it absolutely appears that 1 person has been sequentially playing both accounts from the very beginning.
It would take some in depth research into the other games to see if it is account abuse or just innocent sitting. The turn times do indicate that whoever was sitting went direct to the other account to take the turn without taking turns in other games.

We just ended with zidane finally logging in about a minute before the end of the round, he ran out of time on his turn and was never able to take jsnyder's turn this time. That's what he did yesterday as best I can tell, logged in within the last couple minutes of the round.
this is a example of the correct way to account sit. there has been several cases of late where there are players taking turns in freestyle with 23 hours left on the clock but these 2 are doing it at the last possible minite like the op has stated they have missed shots and only just managed to get the turn in so there is no advantage to this play. and this case should not be taken any further.
