Classicmike and colcrank are CLEARED of secret diplomacy

They also are not multis in case anyone was wondering.

This appears to be a good old fashioned stalemate.
Most borders are secure, if one breaks the other, they know they'll have to fight while green just sits back an watches.

Should be interesting to see how it ends.
