Comments:
These pair are either multies or have a secret pact. In my current game they have no troops at their common border and are both attacking me in response to me attacking faucon.
I have viewed several of their other 23 games and noticed that they don't attack each other At games end they both attack the other remaining player despite faucon being on a winning position.
I would suggest that you monitor my current game and don't alert them. I have made a comment in the game accessing them of having a secret pact based on my observation of their common border which I was able to see at the end of my previous turn.
