I think either way it's good for us to get one of the baddies out of the way whether he's Smith or Mafia. If he's Mafia perhaps Mafia will take out the other tonight? Just a theory.

I keep asking myself why would someone with a tone of pressure on them and likely to be lynched anyway take my roleclaim.

The thing that just struck me...do we know how players who have been recruited by cult will flip. If they are cult will they flip their original role/faction or will they be revealed as Cult.
On another note. Once Aaagee is dead it will prove I am the Keymaker unless someone else wants to to try and counterclaim me, which would be 100% welcome as that would draw out some other liar.
The thing that concerns me is that folks keep saying that I must cult/ Smith.
Why is it that everyone who has claimed is cleared besides those who resisted the mass claim?
I resisted the mass claim because as of yet NO ONE is able to say who exactly Cult can and can not recruit. All we have are guesses.
We have what 4 cult out there? 5? They can be mixed in with Town or the Mervs? I am going with the beleif that recruiting mafia will kill them. There needs to be some deterent against Cult.
Our Town Priest has been very quiet since they proved their priestly powers and we have no idea if they are Mafia/Town we just know they can not hammer yet they are not in the pool of potential baddies.

Thank you for the info bet. I would like to formally offer an alliance to the mero. I need all 5 of you to agree though.
We have an alliance with them. Only PMC doesn't care which side he is on (Could have been converted). Also there are only 3 Cult atm, so Smith, definitely at least one survivor, and someone else whether their town, mafia, or survivor.
But either way, the little guys aren't our main concern, Smith is. Even Mafia have something to fear against him.

I'm just more honest. If you want me to say that I will only ever do things for the good of the town faction I would by lying. We have no need for a formal alliance, there is no need for you guys to attack or investigate us (beyond finding cult pawns) and we have no vicious actions. If you do your job and kill/identify Smith and the mafia then you will earn our alliance. Right now you have our votes, what more do you want?
Note that I do not speak for the other 4, they may be cult recruits for all I know and I am more of a dick about the situation if not . Also I am way more sexy than anyone else in the game.

i sincerly prefer to win with town. I think we would need to change strategy only if this gets out of hand and for example aage is a recruited townie and not a scum+2 townies get killed during the night.. I guess us meros wouldn't know what to go for on day 6...

Why do you care...you have no night action? I think those that have night actions, have either picked up on what to do, or what others intend to do. I certainly do not want to direct...orchestrate would be a better word...those with night actions. Nor do I expect them to direct me.
I would advise edoc to be cautious with where he's flinging town...

cult recruiter is better for everyone, especially mafia. i do agree that while chuck is perhaps less likely smith, he is a suspect. DJ is a major suspect for me, and i would say aage and IB are likely to be on the same team.

The main flaw with your argument is no one can counter claimed me as the keymaker. You may disagree with the VT part...fine. By taking down Aagee and helping lynch Clever..."WHAT you say??", "You helped lynch the Mafia Ninja??"
