And every World 2.1 game that these two have played together - I checked them all, and in the ones that one or the other of these two have won (most of them) EVERY TIME the last player eliminated was the non-winner of this pair. I'm currently in three games of this kind with these two, in one another player accused them of SD in previous games (I checked his claims, and he was correct), and I have now seen this in action. They leave their common borders undefended (all FOG games, btw), and I just discovered a case where one of them has erected a defensive border for the other.

Are you blind? Proof is there. Check the game chat in the game I linked, at the point of that game I wasn't suspicious yet. Not sure about multis, but secret diplomacy for sure.

In my game, pmeisner suicided on my around round 25, killing 50, or a bonus of 1, giving the game to tlk70.

Alright. After a long deliberation, which included ka, the official verdict is that both of them will be receiving a Warning for Secret Diplomacy.

While we did agree, their actions were indeed suspicious, we don't see enough evidence for a Block to be in place. Here are some numbers I found

They are/have been in 84 games together. 4 are Active.

Of the 80 finished, One of Pm or tlk has won 55 games out of the 80. And lost 25. A majority of these are 8 player games, and they have a win percentage of 68.75%.

While this indeed is highly suspicious, I also looked through the logs, and in almost every instance, pmeisner formally asked for truces with every player in the game, not just tlk, which would seem that he doesn't clearly try to team with tlk alone. While this may seem like it isn't secret, pmeisner said this:

This shows that he does tend to favour his friend. The next time these two get reported for suspicious play, and we agree it is suspicious, then a Block will be put in place.

Grow a pair, this is their second report, and if you know a little of math you'd know their winning percentage in these games is way over what they were supposed to. (2 of 8, 25% for equally skilled, given that they are high ranks, maybe 35%-40% at most? But no, it's 68%)
