Dude, click on matt's ratting left and you'll see 10 pages of 1 stars what more examples do you need? And go into the archives and you'll see that he's been reported for this before

you need to provide evidence for cases, and since you obviously know how the site works (after a recient comment in a case.) then maybe you should learn before you talk..
for the rating via the op if you look at the rating page he was pissed with swetepete but gave all 5 stars. and gave the game winner all ones. this is proberly just a miss click look at the game this one

and as you stated there have been cases via matt before and the last page of matts ratings look ok..
as for the op it is ussually common if you ask the person rating bad first before you report because i am sure he would of corrected it.

mods ask for more evidence in all cases not 1 example which can be seen as a mistake.(apart from the intentional deadbeat in the gigi case.) bg has done a good job to date and the mods are busy so asking for a bit of help is not bad.

Find 5 examples - 5 is pretty much the magic number in ratings abuse cases - where Matt2006 rated people poorly (all 1 stars is best) despite no evidence in game chat to justify the rating.

BG is correct that the burden is on the reporting party in this forum for supplying evidence on ratings abuse. You need to calm down on giving him shit, in the grand scheme of things investigating a 1 star rating left against you is a low priority for C&A mods compared to a cheating/multi or even secret diplomacy report...

Also in that game I wouldn't have given you 1 stars but I also would not have given you 5 stars either, the dude who rated you bad was pissed off because he got screwed over by another player in an assassin game and you go and cheerfully announce that it's your first big win.

How about you blame the mod that moved this to C&A (from General) in the first place instead of ridiculing independent users who would be able to provide evidence for this case in a more time consuming manner than you would spend to click one link?

You do understand that CC is legalistic and due process does exist here? How justified would it be for BG to click a link and be like "oh ok abuse" then just warn Matt2006 with no documentation of what precise games were being used to justify the ruling? That's not how it works - you want someone banned, do the work and provide public evidence, which Matt2006 and anyone else can respond to/comment on then the mods can rule based on that public evidence.

Yes he'll check them obviously, and Matt2006/other interested people will click them as well and check. This forum works best when evidence is laid out publicly and the accused is able to see it, and others are able to examine it. This helps keep down the error rate, maintains the common law principle of precedent, and ensures that punishments are reasonable and with justification.

I don't understand all this bitching about having to produce 5 games showing ratings abuse. The evidence could have already been produced many times over with all the complaining going on.

I have been a part of many online communities and trust and believe that CC is one of the better ones for due process, you don't want mods who can arbitrarily screw someone for reasons other than clear evidence, that's how a community goes down hard and fast.

Tsouke for this same game who got 1 stars but when he took matt out of the game he didnt get a mid turn cash in a flat rate game is bad play.

this is the top 5 then include the 6th bad rating for the op's which like i said looks like rating in wrong order... so like bg did proberly do (look at the last couple of games with bad ratings) which took me 30 mins this does not look like abuse.. take into account we do not know if there was anyform of eticket report putting a stop to his bad ratings on page 2.

then the fact that the people telling him to do his job can make several posts but cannot be arsed to look at the games and come op with 3 or 4 valid examples. makes it look like you had a quick look and could not be arsed to look any further.

and no i am not trying to be a mod, The only reason why affro is giving bg crap is because bg warned him for flaming 2 days ago. so suck it up and if you still cannot give examples then expect this to be cleared...
