seriously? this is for real? not only is this thread spurious and ridiculous.. you should receive a warning for making this post or at the very least a PM from a mod telling you to not post b.s. in the C&A forum... and maybe a pic of a facial tissue for you to use...

The mods did not have to decide whether he violated the rules because they discovered he was a multi (as in he had more than one account) before they got around to deciding the case.

So he is banned, but I believe that he can buy back in. That is typical for CC--it's sort of like if you are a multi, then your punishment is either to leave the site OR you pay a fine to get back on.

As for your complaint, to be honest, probably nothing would have been done about it. CC is relatively lax in policing Game Chat unless someone is doing something that is very bad and against the site rules like posting bigoted messages, links to pornography, or spam/advertisements or their conduct has reached the level that they are targeting and harassing an individual user. The best thing you can do in these situations is foe the person and move on.

What happens if a user has an open C&A report for something other than multi accounts, then that player is busted and buys back? Does the C&A report come back to life?
