So yesterday, I was browsing Steam's weekend deals, which I do once a month or so, and I came across 'Galactic Civilizations II: Ultimate Edition' for $4.99. Basically, the base game plus the 2 expansion packs all rolled into one.
I played Civilization 1/2 back in the day, but not for 10 years or more probably. I've always had a fondness for space theme games and media, so I grabbed this deal since I figure I'll get at least $5 of enjoyment out of the game. Plus, I'll get sucked into the Ship Builder and naming things funny and strange things.

Please feel free to watch that hundreds of times, like it, favorite it, and point all your friends enemies and passing strangers at it.
IF I can get an impressive number of views, it will help my career.

I probably should never go to england though. I give the "Peace Symbol" as a gesture often.

Yeah well...umm...I got nothing...not even tea and crumpets.
In other news i've contended to grow more and more fond of Dire Straits music. I like the Making Movies album better than Brothers in Arms.

No offense to the British but so far not really enjoying the Opening Ceremony.

We've lived in some old houses. The AC always seems to go out over the weekend. It won't be fixed until Monday. It's after 7pm and still 92°F.
I need a pic to cool me down
