Froxx, I am very sorry that this has happened to you. I'll take some responsibility for this. Roussallier informed me that he was leaving the site. I forget what the date was, but I know it was at least a month ago. He immediate departure was sudden and very stressful for RA. We were in the midst of two clan wars at the time, and we put him in many games to lead the way. We did horribly in our wars as the result of him leaving suddenly.

Anyway, he gave me his password and asked me to take over his account. I did so for awhile- until I noticed- pm's were being read, and suddenly he was in tourney games and non-tourney games. I had gotten him down to 5 games, then next thing I know, he was in 13 games. I knew I hadn't accepted these invites, or wrote any pm's. It was at that point, I assumed that either Rou was back or another clan-mate was covering for him. I inquired amongst a few of my clan-mates, and they have all said that they are not covering for Rou right now.

So I figured Rou was back, but didn't announce his return. I stopped sitting his account about two weeks ago. I decided to just let the account go- due to the suspicious nature of all those games having suddenly been joined.

It is possible that whoever is/was taking Rou's turns- whether it was Rou himself or a clanmate- was perhaps not logging in consistently.

I don't know whether I am to blame for this or Rou. I did not join any games for him, and I am not sure who did. I choose not to sit for him anymore, which is why it could appear that he dead-beated in a lot of games.

well if it's him back, what an ass.. he leaves all of you guys like that then doesn't even bother to say he's back after letting all of you down.
I played a mafia game with him and same thing, he suddely dropped out. he's just probably like that.

It's one thing to leave the site for whatever reason, it's another to be reckless and destructive and ruin the game for all of us. In this game in particular:

Alright everyone's guard is down thinking the he will get kicked out for missing to many turns and changes focus on the other players. Then conveniently shows up again and blitz's everyone at a crucial moment.

Roussallier's account has been frozen as there is some activity between account sitting/tourney joining/clan turn taking/accused logging in and taking his turn = no clear owner of account. Regardless, the sitter/s can continue playing his current ongoing games.

This suspention is hinder us as a Clan. I am taking some of his turns until we fullfill the compromises in the tourneys, I don't see why should be suspended his account.

Pretty straight forward he aint around, your clan is using his account whenever, however .If you knew this was happening for awhile why didnt you exclude him from clan games ?
Maybe get a hold of him and find out out what his status really is ? In the mean time .............suspension ........

I think Falko's post was a bit misunderstood here. Rou is no longer in any clan games. He was in several clan games when he suddenly left the site. I took his turns and finished those clan games. He was never entered in a clan game from the moment we found out he was leaving.

We were unsure of his status- especially when new games suddenly popped up. I believe he came back to the site for awhile, joined more games, but didn't tell anyone. But he was never entered into another game- at least not by us. Any game joined after that was done so by Rou, and none of them were clan games.


What Falko is talking about is tournament games. He and Rou were in several tournament games, and he was finishing up those games- which I believe is within the CC rules. I also believe that it was okay for him to accept a tourney invite. Those tournaments have nothing to do with the clan.

By Rou's account being suspended- Falko automatically loses all of those tournament games- which really isn't fair to him. That is what he is complaining about- but he uses the wrong word by saying "clan." English is not his first language, so I believe that was incorrect wording on his part.

I actually agree with Rou's account being suspended, however, I understand Falkomagno's frustration.


However, I think at this point, the correct thing to do is to notify the tournament directors that Rou is gone and that his account has been suspended. This should've been done before this C&A report was even made. I think it wasn't, because some of us were really hoping that Rou would come back and be able to continue himself. But this will give Falko some time to find a replacement partner so that he can continue the tournament.
