Once the tournament is FULL, it's helpful to make a new post in it. Otherwise, we may miss the tournament for a while. The same goes for when the tournament is completed. Makes sure that you mark the title and make a new post.

Dear 24 players,
I would like to welcome all of you, in the Waterloo Elite II (2000+ ) Tournament.

The mains ideas of this tournament.

1. Points : 1 points per player for the winner = Don't use the system of round for a tournament : the part of luck is too important. The winner is the one who has the most points on the total of all the games.
2 10 games in same time, same map différents gameplay.... to see who is really the best stratege.... the heir of Napoleon !
3 Elite 2000+ Fun without noob.... and with a lot of points for the winners !
