I saw Batman and Robin at the dollar theater. It cost me $1 to see the movie. It was so bad that I left, it wasn't even worth a dollar.

The end for me was when Mr Freeze and Poison Ivy explained their plan. Kill off all human beings and rule over those venus fly trap plant things.

I'm pretty sure that the Bane plot from the movie is a political take on the Tea Party. Like Bane's Gotham City Henchmen, the Tea Party is energized more by fear than any common or rational sense.

There is a strong parallel between the way Nazi's attacked the educated and the way the Tea Party sometimes similarly attacks the educated. I'm not trying to argue the argument of ad nazism or whatever it's called. I'm simply trying to point out that these Tea Partiers are being ideological instead of being logical.
Also, it was the Weimar government who passed extremely strong gun ownership laws, and they did it to comply with the treaty of Treaty of Versailles. The Nazis actually reversed this policy and only regulated handguns. They did nothing to control the sale or distribution of rifles and shotguns, except to outlaw Jewish possession of them.
